THI focuses on family friendliness: Cooperation with Mobile Familie e.V.

THI is strengthening its family-friendly focus: since April, it has been a member of Mobile Familie e.V. To kick off the programme, association chairwoman Ursula Erb and office manager Franziska Köbsch-Lorenz met with THI President Professor Walter Schober. A symbolic handshake sealed the co-operation.

As a member company of Mobile Familie e.V., THI employees benefit from a comprehensive range of services to help them achieve a better work-life balance. In addition to free individual advice, the range of services also includes discounts on the placement of au pairs and support with organizing childcare, such as at company events.

‘Our employees receive valuable support through the cooperation with Mobile Familie e.V.,’ emphasises THI President Walter Schober. The university thus remains true to its goal of creating an attractive and family-friendly working environment.

Mobile Familie e.V. has been committed to qualified child daycare since 1995 and works closely with the relevant authorities in Ingolstadt and the district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen. The association advises parents and professionals alike and develops individual childcare solutions. Companies that are members benefit from the placement of qualified carers and other family support services.
