Simon Stoll is Lead Cost Engineer E-Mobility at Audi AG. In this position he is responsible for the cost analysis of the battery electronics for the VW Group.
Before joining AUDI AG, Simon Stoll held various positions as a business economist and engineer. As a procurer for the power electronics construction kit, Stoll played a decisive role at BMW AG in the cost-optimized design of future generations of electric vehicles. In the technical development department, he coordinated the data management for the development of a semi-autonomous vehicle fleet.
At Airbus Defence and Space, he was responsible for cash and liquidity management and for programming an SQL database.
For the Free State of Bavaria, the financial expert conducted tax audits at the tax office.
As part of his dual studies with the BMW Group, Simon Stoll studied three different degree programs in parallel at THI and graduated with very good grades. He also spent some time abroad at the University of Bifröst in Iceland. For more than three years, Stoll worked as a tutor for microeconomics and quantitative methods at THI. He was supported by the university's internal program for the gifted, THI Talent, as well as by the Deutschlandstipendium (engl.: German scholarship).
