Yannic Schmidt is Senior HR Project Manager for Transformation & HR Strategy at Bosch. Previously, he was a management trainee with a focus on HR and a consultant at Deloitte in the area of HR Transformation, HR Strategy & Operating Model. Prior to his role in consulting, he completed a part-time Master's degree in Business Management, which he completed in cooperation with IBM in WS2020.
He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management & Corporate Taxation in 2018. At the same time, he completed vocational training as an industrial clerk and was a working student and intern at Allianz and Airbus Defense & Space during his studies. He then spent 2.5 years at the US technology group IBM in the HR Employee & Labor Relations department and completed his Master's degree while working.
He is interested in topics related to leadership, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, social & economic developments, the stock market and online gaming. He is also a regular guest lecturer in the HR courses at THI Business School.
